How to automatically transition linked JSM tickets to 'Resolved' on version release in Jira Standard

Hi community,

I am using Jira Standard with access to two projects:

  • Caree (Jira Software - classic project),
  • Support (Jira Service Management).

Here’s what I’m trying to automate:

  1. When a version is released in the Caree project with bug and story issues,
  2. Identify all issues linked to those in Caree that are in the Support project (type: "Suggérer ou reporter un problème"),
  3. Automatically transition these linked Support tickets to the "Resolved" status to notify clients via email only when a version is delivered.

Here is the automation in picture i tried but it's not working, is anyone have an idea to execute that?

Hi, 

You should go to global automation (only an admin can do this), find the rule.

Go to the Rule details > Scope > Select Multiple projects, then in Projects Select Caree & Support.

And why do you do the first Lookup Issues? It seems that you don't use the outcome.
