I've got a question I would like to ask those of you out there that may have experience in creating reports for management.
I've been tasked with helping create a set of rules and tools for use in our companies business rhythms. We are attempting to get ourselves to a truly Agile business and have a working system of SCRUM where applicable (Software, Engineering) and have our manufacturing teams working from a set of Kanban boards although the Supervisors do report up the work in progress that relates to those SCRUM activities that pertain to the development process (building of prototype hardware for instance) especially when we are getting ready for a flight.
That said I still haven't got full user buy-in with our Atlassian tools as well as a few other integrated Add ons we use to capture our work. The last company I worked for used a lean system loosely labeled Daily Layered Accountability (DLA) which came out of 6-Sigma I believe. There are various versions but I'm familiar with SQDIP (Safety,Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Productivity)
What I would like to hear about is how any of you out there working in a similar situation have either an in-house tool or Jira Add-on that helps with creating a visual e-board with the pertinent information displayed.
