Introducing new Automation Templates for Jira Cloud

Hello Community!  👋

We are excited to introduce new automation templates for Jira! Our new templates are designed to make getting started with automation as easy and efficient as possible, helping you quickly set up and accelerate your project. These templates are pre-configured rules that can be easily added to your Jira projects, saving you the time and effort of building your own automations from scratch. The new automation templates cover a wide range of scenarios, from basic automated email reminders to more complex ticket management across company projects.

All of our templates are fully customizable, so you can easily make changes to the rule configurations, adding new conditions, actions, etc. to personalize the template to your team and its needs. Additionally, you can leverage best practices built into these templates, which can help to ensure that your team is following a consistent and efficient process.

Can a template that was customized be saved in ghat state for future use as a template? Basically, can users build templates off of the template gallery?
