How did you calculated the RPO and RTO ?

How is your IT strategy cashflow? (OPEX or CAPEX oriented?)

Thanks for the good questions. RTO and RPO are often dictated by our customers. If you don't have it in a contract in this case you can start with defining MTPD of your business. Comparing the cost of reducing RTO/RPO to the financial loss you can come up with a number. Also, we do regular DR plan execution to ensure that we can meet stated values.
Regarding CAPEX/OPEX strategy, since we are a startup, so we should be able to scale up/down very fast, we prefer putting as much fund into OPEX as possible. Fortunately, you can easily meet this goal today with the Cloud services.
