No response from Atlassian after applying to Partner Programme

Hi,

 

I'm looking for some guidance. On the 1st of September 23, I applied to the Partner Programme for a company I co-own, which specialises in Atlassian solutions. I didn't hear anything back after the 10 business day SLA so sent a chaser on the 14th September, and then another on the 21st September having had no communication from a channel manager.

Is anyone aware of an escalation method as it is holding our company back, not having the partner status in place?
