No offence, but why keep asking for someone to provide you with a free consultancy service about this product? Since this thread in November you've posted seven times as various forms of 'discussions' or requests for 'strategies' or trying to elicit 'best practices' information.

If your organisation really is considering Tricentis, they have an entire Consulting Services division with a full advisory team that can advise your organisation and provide everything they need to know.

Alternatively, why not just engage the services of an Atlassian Partner in your region to act as a consultant to your organisation to help work through the issues you are face with a possible integration with Tricentis.
