Xray plug-in data migration error

Hi Team,

We are migrating our server projects to cloud. Most of the projects from our instance is Xray related and most of the projects have dependency one on each other.

After following all Xray recommended things (flight checks, custom fields and user permissions) we migrated some set of projects.

But unfortunately Xray plug-in showing error/failed. In JCMA dash board as well as Xray migration dashboard in cloud side.
So, we have raised support ticket with Xray they are saying cause of issue follow Jira API. Jira's API: /rest/api/2/task/{taskId}.

And they not suggesting any work around. They simply saying re-migration. Even though re-migration got succeed 50:50.

Is there any suggestion? How to we over come this issue. We have more dependent projects from Xray only.
