When I was trying to run a test migration of some Jira items into Jira Cloud, I got a warning about Jira Service Management not being available for our cloud instance. We aren't using it on-prem and don't want to use it in the cloud. How do I remove this from the requirements? It wasn't listed in apps that we were trying to migrate
There must be service project configured in your server instance. Can you please check that.
@Brian Golden Welcome to the Atlassian community
Have you ever had Jira Service Management installed on your server instance?
