Why is Jira Service Management required to Migrate?

When I was trying to run a test migration of some Jira items into Jira Cloud, I got a warning about Jira Service Management not being available for our cloud instance.  We aren't using it on-prem and don't want to use it in the cloud. How do I remove this from the requirements? It wasn't listed in apps that we were trying to migrateScreenshot 2023-09-15 at 14-29-54 Pre-migration checks.png

There must be service project configured in your server instance. Can you please check that.

@Brian Golden Welcome to the Atlassian community

Have you ever had Jira Service Management installed on your server instance?
