We are continuously striving to make your cloud migration experience as seamless as possible. To make the migration process to the cloud even faster, we are optimising the pre-migration checks to reduce the time it takes to run them repetitively.

We are thrilled to announce the Early Access Program (EAP) for preparing your instance data in Jira Cloud Migration Assistant. We are introducing a feature that enables the pre-migration checks to run in the background. This means the checks can process data in the background and store the results well ahead before you start your migration.

Furthermore, you won't need to worry about any changes made after the pre-processing, as the pre-migration checks will determine any new or altered data and evaluate it when running before the migration.

When migration day arrives, these checks will be executed at an unprecedented speed, delivering results promptly and efficiently.

Who is this Program for?

• Users who are migrating from the Jira server/Data Center to the cloud using the Jira Cloud Migration Assistant

• Users who are eager to engage with us to provide valuable feedback on their experiences with the EAP
