Jira migration to new server

Hi myself sri am trying to migrate my jira and confluence from  aws one region to another region but previously they are configured the jira and authentication they are used with LDAP External server  the same server they are used for both jira and confluence but currently am trying to migrate because of External authentication(LDAP) i cant able to migrate in to new server I tried to copy users from LDAP to jira internal also but am not getting the option there please help me how can i migrate this services into another server. If you have any options please let me know

If you just want to copy Confluence or Jira from one server to another Atlassian has a guide for how to do this.

about migrating the JIRA it would be nice to have the possibility to download the backup file from JIRA (So we do not need to ask for access to the servers disk)
