Team,
We're planning to migrate JIRA Server to JIRA Cloud (Standard Plan). In our existing JIRA Server, we use our own email server for outgoing email. But in JIRA Cloud, the outgoing email is not configurable, but we could define "on behalf of domain".
Doubt: My actual doubt is, whether JIRA Cloud charges separately (Excluding monthly charge) for number of email which is being sent from JIRA Cloud instance as it's uses own JIRA's mail server or do we have any number of mail limit which is being sent from JIRA Cloud.
Someone please clarify how email server setup of JIRA Cloud.
Thanks.
@Gokul Pradheep , there is no extra charge on the mail server usage.
The documentation for configuring jira cloud to send email is in https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/configure-jira-cloud-to-send-emails-on-behalf-of-your-domain/
