While moving our Atlassian server stack (Jira and Confluence) to the cloud, there will be a move from inactive users to the cloud (because of some history jira issue's).
The inactive users have a email-address (for example: name@ourcompagny.be) wich is not valid any more.
Is this a problem ?
Some other users (active and inactive) have a external email-addresses, so not a mail address from our compagny.
Thanks in advance for you're answers !
Hi @Erik Mathijs ,
No, If you are migrating from an active directory this will not be a problem, the inactive user will be migrated.
Yes it is possible that users of Atlassian stack to be migrated having an external e-mail addresses. Unless you are migrating JSM customers, there's a special custom jar file that you need to use.
Cheers,
Amna
Hi Amna,
Thanks for you're response.
Our atlassian-users will be migrated for Jira Crowd not from an active directory.
Greetings,
Erik
