Hello there,
I wonder if anyone managed to successfully migrate ProForma forms from Jira Server to Cloud and can share how it was done. My attempts to migrate forms using Jira Migration Assistant Tool fail with "Migration has failed as the migration path of this app could not be determined." error. I've tried migrating project without ProForma app. and then recreating some forms in Cloud but forms data in the issue doesn't load.
A support ticket was opened with the Migration Team but so far no luck finding solution. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi @Steve Dobrioglo 👋
To the best of my knowledge, the full site export and import works. We are working on support for the Migration Assistant tool, but I can't share a timeline at the moment.
Hi @Peter Preston ,
Thanks for the response! Unfortunately, Site Import doesn't work for us as it overwrites everything on the target and my organization already have a Jira Service Management project in Cloud, which is heavily used.
I considered moving Cloud service desk to another Cloud site temporarily, do a full Server Site export and import it to Cloud. However, according to Atlassian documentation, Jira Service Management project type is not supported - only Jira Work & Software project types. It looks like we have to start from scratch in Cloud and retain Server environment as an archive for some time. Thanks.
