We have been subscribed to JIRA Cloud of STANDARD Plan and we are doing test migration to migrate on-prem JIRA Server to JIRA Cloud. Our Trial is going to end soon.
Is that possible to extend the Trial period with the same STANDARD plan without deleting the existing subscription (which obviously delete all current data)?
The best way is to visit atlassian.com/get-cloud and click Activate your free cloud migration trial. This will bring you to a signup flow where you can extend your current Jira Cloud Standard for a minimum of 2 months, or up to 12 depending on when your Jira Server license expires.
Once you select the server license you're migrating, you should see a signup screen where you can select your existing Jira Cloud trial site URL.
Check out the 10min explainer video here for more info (specifically around 5:00 where it covers applying a Cloud Migration Trial to an existing site).
If you have any issues, please contact us here.
Best,
Miles
Hi @Miles B. - Thanks for the response. As per the document, we are not eligible for extending trial as we don't have maintenance license and the basic 60 days trial also going to end soon. Is there any other way to extend this trial say for other 30 days ?
