Data Burn Down Chart doesn't refresh with "Cached data found. Processing Latest Changes"

I'm editing an existing dashboard by adding a new Burndown/burnup chart. When I save the chart, I doesn't ever show data. Just the message "Cached data found. Processing Latest Changes". 

The dashboard has several burndown/burnup charts already and they don't have this issue.

I cannot get back into configure mode on that chart either.

Any idea what is causing this?
