I've been trying to get Jira Cloud set up with authentication from Azure AD.
I eventually found useful notes here https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Atlassian-Access-articles/How-To-Atlassian-Access-Configure-SAML-SSO-Authentication/ba-p/1949816 but I'm stuck on the Link Domain bit.
When I click the Link Domain button I have no domains to select from.
Can anyone suggest what I've missed please?
Doh. I had to verify my domain first, then it showed up.
Edit
That seemed to work but now I'm trying to get Azure AD authentication working it's disappeared again. The system seems to change things in the background without asking.
I have similar issue. I have verified domain but while linking domain it doesn't show up in the list. Any workaround?

Hello Community,
We have just followed all instructions to configure SAML SSO following instructions in the below articles after ensuring the domain is verified and we do not see any authentication policies at all.
How To: Atlassian Access - Configure SAML SSO Authentication - https://community.atlassian.com/
When checking the newly added identity provider, i see 0 linked domains and 1 authentication policy.
When i try to link a domain, the drop list is empty.
Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks
Sutha
