Can I disable the Cloud Migration Assistant app?

Hi, we're running Jira (Software & Service Desk) and Confluence in the server versions.

I noticed in both applications there is a Cloud Migration Assistant app. Due to IT security and data privacy concerns we don't plan to migrate to the cloud.

Can I safely disable or even uninstall these apps?

Hi @A. Willner ,

yes it's possible to disable/uninstall both these apps, that won't affect Confluence or Jira. You can even re-install them later if you want to migrate one day !

Let me know if this helps,

Nice try - after a reboot it's installed again automaticaly.

Ahh, you want to permanently uninstall it.  That is much harder. Yes, it is very annoying that Atlassian always installs it with an upgrade. I have seen others say it can be done with some back-end magic.  But, I can't find the documentation.
