Best way to migrate projects, config and addons from cloud to server

It would be greatly helpful for me or for anyone who would be interested in knowing the common as well as odd issues experienced during the migration of projects, configurations, addons, meta data and attachments from Jira Cloud to Server version.

Kindly share the best approach with reference links or docs if possible that might help along the migration path.

You should check if all features and  you need are available on server, that's the most important one I think.
