Hi,

I wanted to know about the types of custom fields supported by the virtual agent. I recently attempted to create an intent that included a checkbox field to gather information from customers, but I encountered a message indicating that this field type is not available. Could you provide more details on which custom fields are supported and if there are any workarounds for this situation?

Hi @Jaduki ,

Sounds like a similar problem I had. If the error occurs when trying to save the JSON syntax for your custom field, make sure you have curly brackets at the beginning and end like this...

{

"customfield_11440" : [{ "value" : "option1"}, {"value" : "option2"}]

}

If the problem is different, reply with a screenshot of the error.
