Hello, we are thinking about using Atlassian Intelligence to help end users search pages in Confluence.
Currently only the editors of confluence content have confluence standard licenses. The majority of our end users don't have confluence licenses, but the space is shared using Jira Service Management so people can view knowledge articles when raising a help request.
Would we be able to leverage Atlassian Intellegence for all these users by just upgrading the confluence editors to Premium. Or would we need to buy Premium for all our users (at which point this product is no longer attractive to us)
Solved! Go to Solution.
Thanks for the quick reply Alexis. Sadly this is not viable for us then, as we would need to purchase 150+ Confluence licenses.
Hi @Nick Hall
It might be worth checking the AI capabilities in JSM:
Thanks Emilie, but from what I can tell that is only available for Slack, which is not a tool the business uses.
Teams support for virtual agent is in the roadmap for Q3-Q4 2024 https://www.atlassian.com/wac/roadmap/cloud/Virtual-Agent-for-Jira-Service-Management-on-Microsoft-Teams?selectedProduct=jiraService&p=02f0b98e-ff
Thanks Emilie, we use Google Chat / Workspace rather than teams. Any integation there on the roadmap?
Hi @nick
In this case, I would recommend liaising with a partner to assess the possibilities around API integration. Nothing in the public roadmap just yet.
Good morning,
Can you guide me on how to release the guest account?
I entered the guest option but I couldn't add it, do I need to be an ADM for the organization?
I wait,
Not sure how this is related to Nick's question - can you clarify?
If it isn't, can you please create a new question instead? You can do this from the "Ask the Community +" menu on the top blue navigation bar.
