Does Atlassian Intelligence support multiple languages?
Or does it take time for the Knowledge Base to function after it is linked?
After completing the configuration of Atlassian Intelligence, I asked several questions in Japanese that I thought would match the knowledge base, but did not receive any answers.
Currently, the VA "semi" supports multiple languages.
The AI behind Atlassian Intelligence answers can understand different languages and the intent flows can work with different languages as well. However, some of the messages and buttons might not yet be translated to different languages.
I believe the issue you were running into was due to KB privacy issue that has sense been resolved. Let me know if it hasn't!
