I recently did a test migration to the cloud and imported our stuff to the cloud. For some reason, all of the service desk projects say "This project isn't available - It may have been deleted or your permissions may have changed." I am the site admin so I don't think it's because I don't have permission to see it.
I would appreciate help in fixing this problem. Thanks.
We have been preparing for a Server to Cloud migration ourselves (we go live tonight actually). While you may be the site admin you might not have permissions to some of the projects depending on how your permissions were structured in your server instance. We discovered after our first import that we had a few of groups that needed to be "approved" before they were considered a part of our instance:
You might want to check and see if you have a similar situation.
