Errors on migrate projects from Jira Server to Cloud by using "Jira Cloud Migration Assistant App".

Hi, We are migrating some projects from Jira server to Jira Cloud by using "jira-migration-plugin-0.9.13" and facing some issues. The errors log is given below:

2020-04-02 12:45:26.119 ERROR ABC project-import We couldn't import Issue ABC-1296 because of 1 missing dependencies: User 'def.xyz@abcde.com'. This caused 3 other items to fail. Check the reasons for the missing dependencies on your server site.

2020-04-02 12:45:59.765 ERROR ABC project-import We couldn't import Comment 867651 on Issue ABC-1829 by 'abc.xyz@abcde.com' on 2020-01-21T23:05:15Z because of 1 missing dependencies: User 'abc.xyz@abcde.com'. Check the reasons for the missing dependencies on your server site.
2020-04-02 12:46:34.143 ERROR ABC project-import We couldn't import File Attachment 'image002.jpg' on Issue ABC-1914 because of 1 missing dependencies: User 'abc.xyz@abcde.com'. This caused 1 other items to fail. Check the reasons for the missing dependencies on your server site.
2020-04-02 12:46:17.557 ERROR ABC project-import We couldn't import Issue Watcher Association 16627 because of 1 missing dependencies: User 'abc.xyz@abcde.com'. Check the reasons for the missing dependencies on your server site.
2020-04-02 12:48:54.244 ERROR ABC project-import We couldn't import Project Role Association 10061 because of 1 missing dependencies: User 'abc.xyz@abcde.com'. Check the reasons for the missing dependencies on your server site.

We have also used option "None, migrate users and groups only" that option migrate only 2333 users and we have 3192 users on Jira Server.

**Manually invite users on Jira Cloud also not works.

There is a dedicated Cloud Migration Support team, which you can contact by accessing our Atlassian Support Portal. When asked, "What can we help you with?" make sure to choose Migration Support and your request will be sent straight to that team.

Note that this is specifically for migrations from Server to Cloud.
