What a great piece of information aggregated in one single page. Good job, @Mina Kwan!

However I'd like to add that our App SharePoint Connector for Confluence (which integrates SharePoint Online as well as Server with Confluence and the other way around) is also Available for Confluence Data Center and Server and since last week also Confluence Cloud. Could be relevant for some I guess ;)
