Hello all! I am new to the Answerers group. I am from the great state of Tennessee. I've worked in the IT field for my entire career. I've worked in multiple areas and industries. Everything from Infrastructure, to software development project planning, to liaison, to PMO leadership. Over the last several years, I have been using Jira as both a user and an administrator. I hope I can be of some help here in this community. Most recently, I've been working on an integration between Jira and Smartsheet and we went live with that a couple of weeks ago.

I just enjoy getting into the Community and seeing what questions people have. Whether I have experience in that area or not, I sometimes like to see the responses and the solutions. Sometimes for the educational aspect and other times - just out of morbid curiosity.

Anyway - Glad to be a part of this group. :)

Hello everyone, so nice to join this community!

Mattia here, all the way from Italy. Born and raised in sunny Sicily, I lived in London for over 5 years and recently moved back to Italy, Milan to be specific.

I have so many interests it would take me ages to list them all, but I love spending my free time surrounded by art: ballet and musicals are my absolute favorites (fun fact: I was a professional dancer).

I am a freelance Business Organizer. I basically assist business owners in organizing their businesses with easy-to-use systems like Trello, so they can spend less time on admin work and more time doing what they love.

I currently own a cat and a hamster, but don't worry, they've never met each other ;)

I've always loved the quote "If you want something, go get it" from the movie "The Pursuit of Happyness." I've always been pretty determined, and everything I've achieved in life has been because of my determination and my strong desire to succeed.

I answer community questions because I am obsessed with Trello! I think it is such an easy yet powerful tool that everyone needs in their life, and I am here to share my knowledge and learn more.

Hi Everyone! I'm a long time Jira/Atlassian user but new Admin. I'm excited to dig in and learn more about how to get the most out of the product.

  • Hiking, camping, stuff with the kids, and thinking too much about JQL.
• What you do with your work time?
  • I'm a Project Management Consultant, that uses Jira and Confluence as the tools of choice when making recommendations on how to track, manage, direct, and gain insights about the work of teams, organizations, divisions, etc. I'm a bit of a PM Fixer of sorts, and the locals sometimes refer to me as The Jira Guy.
