Hi, community!
To further empower Cloud Enterprise admins in managing Atlassian products, we’ve released two dashboard templates to bring more visibility into your organization’s Jira and Confluence usage:
Confluence - Usage of extensions, links, and mentions
Jira engagement metrics
This template is meant to show insights into the usage of these key components in Confluence:
Extensions / macros used on pages or blog posts
Hyperlinks referenced in the pages or blog posts, grouped by internal and external links
Users mentioned in the content or comments
The dashboard also allows you to search within any specific component.
With this new dashboard, plus the Confluence templates we released earlier around Confluence storage, permissions, and user activities, we hope admins feel even more control of Confluence instances.
This template is designed for admins to quickly tell the full story of their organization’s software development cycle. It has five sections, each focusing on a specific aspect of the organization's software development process:
Baseline software projects overview
How teams plan development work
How delivery is managed
How is completion tracking
How teams ship value through deployment and product releases.
Some sections allow you to zoom in at the project level to see the highest- and lowest-ranked projects for section-respective metrics.
Make sure also to go through the notes with and signs.
section highlights what to look out for and actions Admins can take
section explains the metrics and data caveat
To take advantage of the new dashboard templates, make sure your Atlassian Data Lake connections have Confluence and Jira data (including Jira DevOps). If these products need to be added, org admins can edit your Data Lake connections.
To find the templates, select Create > Dashboard > Use a template, choose the Data Lake connection you want to use, select the template from the list, and then select Create.
Comment below or contact support if you have any questions or concerns.
We're always looking for feedback to improve and add new features. Let us know what worked and didn’t in these templates. We appreciate your input. Thanks!
