Hi, community!
A new set of Confluence dashboard and chart templates are now available! These templates use data from our recently launched Confluence tables to help reveal information about storage, permissions, and key user activities. They're a good starting point, especially for organization admins, if you want to have a closer look at your organization’s Confluence usage.
This dashboard template can help you better understand the distribution of restricted content (view restrictions only for now) in your spaces. You can filter charts by content type and get information like the number of content items with and without restrictions.
This dashboard template shows how groups are used for space permissions and content restrictions. It displays the number of unique permissions each group has been given, a breakdown of those unique permissions by space and content type, and the specific content items that each group has access to. You can also see which groups don’t have access to any spaces or content items.
This dashboard template shows which users and groups have space admin permission or space viewer permission. It also shows which spaces allow anonymous access.
This dashboard template allows you to monitor the total size of your spaces, broken down by attachment and page size. You can also see how much space is taken up by archived content.
This chart template summarizes how many content items each user has created, providing information to help you understand user activity in your Confluence instances.
This chart template summarizes the number of content items in each space and how many of those content items are restricted or open. Contents include page, blogpost, whiteboards and databases.
These chart and dashboard templates use the new Confluence tables we released earlier in the month. To take advantage of the new templates, make sure your Atlassian Data Lake connections have these latest Confluence tables. If the tables need to be added, reach out to your organization admin to edit your Data Lake connections.

We're always looking for feedback to improve and add new features. Let us know what worked and didn’t in these templates. We appreciate your input. Thanks!
