Breaking change for Opsgenie team ID data

For Atlassian Analytics customers using Opsgenie data from Atlassian Data Lake, we want to let you know that we'll implement a change that will affect your queries and dashboards.

What's changing

The format of the Team ID column in the following tables is changing:

  • Alert responder mapping

  • Incident responder mapping

  • Integration

  • Team

  • Team member

If you have queries or dashboards that filter on specific team ID values (such as in your query filters, controls, or subscriptions), these will break and you'll need to manually make adjustments after the rollout.

While we roll out this change, the following Opsgenie dashboard templates may temporarily show query and chart errors:

  • Opsgenie - Incident Analytics

  • Opsgenie - Alert Statistics for the Month

  • Opsgenie - Alert MTTA/C Statistics for Teams

  • Opsgenie - Alert Analytics

When to expect these changes

The rollout is planned for October 5, 2023, with an impact time of about 8 hours between 9 a.m.-6 p.m. IST.

Comment below or contact support if you have any questions or concerns about these changes. Thanks.
