Can you be more specific? Which product?
By delete do you mean you have a new license now and you want to switch to that? If so, just paste it into the appropriate license field in the Licensing section under Administration (of Confluence, JIRA or whichever product you are referring to)
Does anyone know how to remove the evaluation license from the profile? I'm searching for that information.
I have one license for a project I worked on many years ago and I want to remove it. It is not even a company that I own or work as employee and I'm related to them anymore.
I have some problem to imagine how after all these years I still receive monthly billing of the cost of 0$ for a company I'm not related to.
All information related to the license and the project itself were completely deleted.
I just cannot understand how such license would persist. How can we remove them?

I simply want to comment on the solution to the problem I had, in case it may help someone *it took me many hours to get it done correctly).
The expired license was persisting because of an idle account of a previous coworker. When I kicked out everyone from the project before deleting it, that person somehow became the administrator of the license and because of that the license stayed in my profile too. That person never was the administrator on the project and that shouldn't logically happen. Contacting that coworker and asking them to delete the license was the solution. After that, it was removed from other's account.
I got the tip of doing that after a phone call with atlassian's support.
Regardless, I still persist on saying that expired licenses on closed projects should not be kept by people with no control on them.
I also persist on saying that one's should be able to delete their own licenses.
Hello team, I understand that you would like to delete your evaluation licenses associated with your my.atlassian.com account. However, Atlassian does not have a way for customers to delete existing ones as they need to track these said evaluation licenses since they are limited to 90 days only.
