customer account set-up

one of our engineers at ClassOne Technology wants to place an order with Atlassian.  To record the order in our ERP system, we need to set-up an Atlassian account.  Therefore, our AP team needs Atlassian's customer data:

street address, phone number, order email address, accounting email address, W9 form, etc.

How can I get this information?

All the information you've requested, save for a phone number, is listed on our How to Pay document . I'll suffice that link instead of copying the information here, as things like the W-9 forms change from time to time. Hope that helps!
