Hi,
I am having 'Admin' access of bitbucket in my organisation. I am usually able to add new members for repo's.
Today I have added a new user, however users is not receiving any invitation for this. I have done it 3-4 times.
Please let me know how this can be resolved.

Given that, just noting that the support engineer working the support case for you is in the best position to help.
