The Community site uses the info from your account at id.atlassian.com (display name and email address). After making changes at id.atlassian.com, it takes a log-out and log-in action on Community to get the data to sync across. It looks like for your particular account, the email address is updated to what you want it to be at this point.
I'm going to remove the email addresses from your post so that search bots don't find your email address and spread it all over the internet, potentially subjecting you to spam email.
