I have one account
I had an existing personal account with Atlassian under gmail in which I have taken some certifications and earned a badge.
Then my company provided me an offer to get enrolled for another JIRA Certification, for which I mistakenly created another account with Atlassian, which is with my company e-mail account. No in this account, I have some courses which I have purchased.
The problem I am facing with company e-mail ID is that sometimes when my outlook is full, I don't receive important notifications from Atlassian. Then when I am on annual leave, I miss important e-mail notifications triggered to my company e-mail ID.
So I would like to have only my personal e-mail ID with Atlassian where I need to track and manage all ongoing and completed courses, certifications, register for upcoming courses in one place so I can use it in future also.
Please provide your expert guidance on how to proceed based on which I can schedule the exam in my personal e-mail ID rather than my company e-mail ID before the deadline expiry.
