I am having trouble deleting my account

Hi @Anastasia Kosmanenko 

You're not able to delete your Atlassian Account as you have products related to your account, where you are the primary billing / technical contact


If you are a member of a larger organisation, you can change the Billing/Technical Contacts by following the instructions on this page


If you want to also delete all your Atlassian product sites also, you'll need to be the Org/Site Admin and then:

  1. Go to
  2. Select your organisation
  3. From the navigation bar, select Billing > Your Org
  4. Choose "Manage Subscriptions" from the left-hand menu
  5. Press the breadcrumbs (3-dots icon) on each product listed, and select Delete
  6. Follow the instructions to delete your sites

As the warnings instruct, all your data will be deleted immediately, so keep this in mind if making this decision.

Once all your products are deleted, you should then be able to delete your Atlassian Account.
