Hello,
The document Changing the Cloud Instance URL Address or Migrating to a New Cloud Instance
Discusses the process of backing up and restoring to a new instance of Jira/Confluence. I wanted to confirm that the links further down the page the mention importing issues, is really just an example of restore process and not just the restoring of issues only? I am assuming that Projects, sprints et al. will be imported as well. Is there a comprehensive list somwhere that shows what will be imported?
On a further note, If you are restoring to another cloud instance do you need to download the Zip file or can you import from the Zip file in the existing cloud instance.
Thanks in advance.
Hi @Simon Hall , I am reviewing older unanswered questions. If you get this and can share your findings that would be great. There is a way to chang your URL in cloud now. The restore would not be for issues only it would restore your configuration as well.
