Hello,
recently a work colleague received his work email account, but he cannot use it to register in Atlassian. After entering the email in the signup field, there is a message to check and validate from email, but the confirmation email never gets there. We sent other emails p2p and they work so it must be something with the automatically sent email from Atlassian. Can you please check ? Let me know if and how should I provide his email account.
