I receive the following error message:
It looks like your account has been deactivated.
We've sent you an email with details of who to contact to get more information about this.
The problem I am having is that no email is sent and have no idea what to do next.

I'm sorry to hear your account was disabled. The Customer advocates team previously contacted you about this on June 7th. Please check and see if you have an email from them.
In the meantime, you can raise a request with the team below and they can properly inform you of the situation:

You will need to submit a support issue here: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ It requires that you have an active plan and not a free plan. They will be able to see your account and assist you. I will also escalate here just in case you have have a free plan.
