How to create an alert to receive news from a specific subject from an Atlassian Community Group

If you would like to receive an alert in your email account associated with the Atlassian account from a specific subject, please follow the instructions below; as an example, I would like to receive a notification when a new SOC 2 report will be released and communicated in the Trust and Security Community group :

  1. Log in on the community that you would like to  page Trust and Security: Trust and Security
  2. Go to the "Search in the group" Search bar and type "SOC update" after hitting Enter (don't click on one of the results), as in the image below:
  3. After hitting Enter, you will see a result list and a button Called "Create Alert":
  4. After clicking on the Create Alert button, you will start to receive emails when a post on this group is created and contains the words SOC + Update:

     If you need to manage your alerts, click the "Manage your alerts" button to add/remove more alerts.
