We’re making some changes to enhance the security for teams that have connected their Atlassian organization to their Google Workspace.
Starting from May 6th, we will be checking that all users managed via Google belong to the organization’s Google Workspace directory. Users who do not belong to the Google directory may be blocked from logging in.
What do you need to do?
If you are a user affected by this change, please contact your administrator to be added to your organization’s Google Workspace directory. Alternatively, you may be able to log in using your email and password, or another method instead.
If you are an admin, add the affected user to your Google Workspace directory that is synced with Atlassian.
