"Access Requests" in Atlassian Cloud?

Edited
Curt Holley Community Leader Feb 20, 2020

is it possible for a site admin to be able to disable the  "Request access to Jira Software" link, or create an alternate message to send?

As we now use Atlaasian Access hooked up to Active Directory to grant and manage product access, these requests only create false expectations and overhead site admins

Hello @Curt Holley and @Reiss Snooks,

Thanks for reaching out to Community!

The Request Access feature is very simple for now, so currently, there is no option to disable or edit the notifications that users will receive.

There is a feature request suggesting improvements for Request access:

Please, click on vote and watch to receive updates about the feature.

Regards,
Angélica

I would also like to know this as we're using Atlassian Access and Azure SSO to manage access.

Yes please, same issue here
