The Atlassian Community can help you and your team get more value out of Atlassian products and practices.
We are currently using SSO with the Atlassian Access Plug in and are asking teams to get set up with active directory groups outside of Jira and Confluence but are finding folks using the invite feature instead.
Can we disable this feature or if users click on that link send them to another site to get set up in a different way?
Hello @Sara Creenan (M&T),
Thank you for reaching out to the Atlassian Community!
When it comes to inviting new users to Jira or Confluence, only site-admins and trusted users can do this.
End users can request access and then the site-admin can approve or deny.
It’s currently not possible to disable the invite option, all site-admins will be able to do that.
There are some feature requests suggesting improvements for that:
Kind regards,
Angélica
