deleting my account.

Last year, I was a student and wanted to use this as a test.


However, the billing is keep purchasing over one year, I want to delete my account.

Please send a message through our Support Portal and someone from our team will be able to help you to cancel your account if you're still having trouble canceling via the website.

If you want to cancel the subscription then, please follow these steps.

1. Choose  > Site administration, then choose Billing under Subscriptions & Billing

2. Choose Manage subscriptions.

3. Choose Cancel subscription for the one you want to cancel and follow the prompts on the screen.

where is the Site administration?

You will find this icon (nineDot.png) in the bottom left corner.
