A Trello user who logs in with a claimed email address via SSO can no longer change their email address in Trello. It is then said that this is controlled by the claimed company. As an Atlassian administrator , how can I change the email address for Trello to a user 's private email address ?
Hi @Eric Roetenberg ,
Check out the instructions here: https://support.atlassian.com/user-management/docs/make-changes-to-a-managed-user-account/
This assumes that you are an administrator of the organization that claimed the email domain of the user.
thanks for your response, but this concerns email addresses of virified domains. and I don't want that.
Trello is not an accepted application within our organization but now it takes an Atlassian license. so this must be a private email address

Ah, right. You can point the user to this tool to transfer their personal content to a new account under their personal email address: https://help.trello.com/article/1104-how-to-transfer-boards-to-a-new-account
And then deactivate the user's account with the company address.
