I am facing a similar problem. Can anyone assist on how to solve this issue?

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

Checking the sites linked to your email address, I can see that one of them is currently deactivated. 

Since community is public, I won’t share the entire name of the site, but I will share some details to help you identify the one that is deactivated:

  • - active
  • - active
  • - active
  • - deactivated

In this case, since the site is deactivated, the main billing contact needs to contact our customer advocates on On “What can we help you with?” select “Billing, payments and pricing”.
