Why can't I create atlassian accounts for my employees ?

Hi,

My employees can't create an Atlassian account and accept to join my workspace, because they don't receive the confirmation email, nor in their email box, neither as a spam.

I've tried :

- to create for them an account, they don't receive the confirmation email,

- to generate a link from the boards, not working,

- to invite them from the boards, not working,

- to invite them by the workspace, not working.

I don't know what else to do, and their contracts are starting soon.

Could you help me please solving that problem ? 

I would like to welcome them properly with a fonctional access.

Hi @Kevin and welcome to the community,

Have you raised a request to Atlassian's support? Atlassian will check if the email is being sent out by their end. If it is sent out, then possibly you have to check from your end.

But just to be aligned your employees follow this, right?
