Why 2 orgs after testing Access?

We started a trial of Atlassian Access and now we seem to have 2 similarly named organizations. How did that happen and which is the active one? Will we get billed for 2?

Hi @Michael Corcoran ,

An organization would have been automatically created when you created your cloud site, but if you started a trial of Atlassian Access directly from atlassian.com, it's possible that you created a second one.

You can see all the organizations you're an administrator of by going directly to admin.atlassian.com

If there's an active Atlassian Access subscription (whether trial or fully paid) it should be apparent from this screen:

We recommend having your linked site under the same organization where you've claimed your domain and have an Atlassian Access subscription. If you've already claimed your domain, you can follow these instructions for transferring your site from one org to another: https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/transfer-products-to-another-organization-967318518.html

Looks close to what I need but that link doesn''t work

@Michael Corcoran sorry I think I accidentally deleted the last character in the URL. Here you go https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/transfer-products-to-another-organization-967318518.html
