Want to change my atlassian email but can't because no password

So I initially created my account with an google email so it didn't require a password. Now I wanted to change the email because I will no longer use the current but when I click on the verify new email it asks for a password which I don't have because i used Google authentication.

Hi @asanti82 , 

You should be able to set a password by clicking the "Trouble logging in?" link and going through the Forgot Password process.
