We use Atlassian Access for connecting to Atlassian products in SSO.
When a user changes the email of their free Trello plan to the email of our company, they get this message: "Hmm... We're having trouble logging you in."
Yet, in the Atlassian Access directory, I can see that the user is activated and has Trello mentioned in the Products column...
Can someone help me with this please?
