User Provisioning with Azure AD

Im trying to follow this guide : https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Atlassian-Access-articles/How-To-Atlassian-Access-Configure-User-Provisioning-with-a-Third/ba-p/1949871

 

but when it coes to create a directory , I have no such thing just create api key

 

also when I go to azure to this :

 

Provisioning Tenant URL

No matter what I try to use as tenant URL I allways get an error.

 

Suggestions ?

Under security and identity provider there was something old so I had to start again by deleting user provisioning and run those steps again then I get the url and api key

It was a bit hidden.

 

just to answer myself, incase anyone else runs into this.
