Turn off Access for SSO

I need to immediately turn off Access/Azure to my site, short or removing the API key and removing the domains, is there a simply way to stop using this?

I'm done troubleshooting - to much going on to many issues I need people to be able to work.

Hi Tere,

Thanks for using Atlassian Community.

I'm sorry to hear about your struggle with Atlassian Access and Azure. The integration is actually established by the SAML Single Sign-on settings on Atlassian side. When you delete that configuration, the connection with Azure will be disconnected.

Here is a recovery method that you can use as an org admin.

  • Go to https://id.atlassian.com/login/resetpassword and generate a recovery link for your email address (the admin account)
  • Access the recovery link email in your mailbox
  • Click on Log in to my account
  • In the browser tab that popped up, put in the address https://admin.atlassian.com
    • Access your organization
    • Navigate Security > SAML Single Sign On
    • Delete the settings.

Your domain users should now revert back to the Atlassian Account password when logging into Atlassian (including your site).

Tere, I've posted some details on connecting Atlassian Access with Azure on this community post. I hope the screenshots there helps with the set up.

May I ask what sort of trouble were your users facing on the set up?

Regards,
Ramon
